D. Duncan was born and raised in Savannah, GA. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Savannah State University. Duncan began a career with the federal government while attending Savannah State, and worked for the Social Security Administration for 32 years. She retired from government service in June of 2011 and decided to devote the rest of her life to living a Christ centered life as best possible, and teach others to do the same.
