The author’s intention is to encourage the reader by showing him or her that anything is possible with the help of Jesus Christ. The contents of the book reflect a spirit of thanksgiving as Strickland shares her inner most reflections on life.
“I suffered job loss, an eviction, losing all of my personal possessions and mourned the loss of two grandmothers. This affected me and caused me to move into a different direction,” states the author. “I believe that this book serves a purpose. There’s a bigger picture. God has used my life to be a testimony and it will minister to others.”
Diana Strickland was raised with three siblings within a single parent home in Birmingham, Alabama. In her young life span, she has experienced everything from divorce, to losing two jobs at the height of unemployment and eventually being evicted. Despite her trials, the author maintained an intimate relationship with God. Strickland currently attends Abundant Life Bible Institute to obtain an associates degree in Biblical studies and has a website called Believer To Believer. She is happy to have the opportunity of sharing her testimony and being used by God.
