MAITLAND, FL Within the pages of Tammicko Claggett’s new book, Secret of a Butterfly ($15.99, paperback, 978-1-61996-983-4; $7.99, e-book, 978-1-61996-984-1) readers will encounter transformative healing. The author shares her insight on the topic of forgiveness, how someone can be released from certain hindrances and become completely transformed on the inside.

My prayer is that readers will see themselves in the book and release their own secrets that have kept them crawling in the old so that they can soar into newness of life,” states the author. “[This book] confronts painful issues such as unforgiveness and every woman’s desire to be the woman she was born to be.”

Tammicko Claggett is a wife of fourteen years and stay-at-home mother of four. She graduated with honors from University of Maryland, University College with a Bachelor’s degree in English, receiving two honorable mentions and publication in the university’s online literary journal, Constellation. In 2006, the Lord spoke to her heart from Isaiah 43: “Behold, I will do a new thing…” during a time when her life seemed the complete opposite. That word evolved over several years into Secret of a Butterfly. Currently, she is hard at work on her second novel.
