MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of L.A. Thompson’s new book, Perfectly Packaged ($20.99, paperback, 978-1-62419-864-9; $9.99, e-book, 978-1-62419-865-6) female readers will discover the kind of freedom, which comes with finally unearthing their true image in Christ. Readers will be reminded why women are one of God’s most cherished, beloved creations, and be released of the outside pressures which distract them from focusing on being God’s version of the best.

“It is important to know that there is a way to remove the stigma of whatever is holding them back.  My issue happened to be the belief that I had to be perfect every time I stepped out into public view,” states the author. “We are all human beings and inherently imperfect; we make mistakes time and time again. The only way to avoid them is to avoid life. Before long I had boxed myself in; I had put myself in a package that I had to fight to get free of. No matter what the reader’s story is, they need to know that God is there for them no matter what.”

L.A. Thompson currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; on the Board of Directors for Amelia’s Wings, a non-profit organization focused on providing transportation for those in need of medical care; creator of U Can’t Do That!, a soon-to-be-released board game; and a member of management at a Fortune 500 company. Most importantly, L.A. is the third of six children; a loving sister, daughter, and friend. She is also a proud aunt to thirteen nieces and nephews, and one of God’s favored children.
