Dr. Lonnie Sessoms, Jr., Ph.D.’s is retired Army SFC/E7, disabled Veteran of Vietnam and Cambodia, who was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge and the Bronze Star with “V” device for heroism during armed conflict. He serves as the founder and president of the Amora Deliverance Theological Institution, Senior Pastor of True Victory Deliverance Tabernacle, and the Chief Apostle/Presiding Prelate of the World Wide Church of Deliverance. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, as well as a Doctor of Divinity and Doctor of Philosophy in Theology degree from Florida Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. He is married to his wife of over forty years, Dr. Queen E. Sessoms, and they have six children.
