loves and heals today. According to the author, God is in the business of
healing both physically and spiritually. Rev. Elizabeth Patrick describes her
past health problems and how she was able to overcome them.
“I expect my readers to come to believe in the God I love and trust, to help them through their present problems, and trials of sickness, pain and distress,” states the author. “I expect this because I have explained how He has helped me, and I have given the steps to lead them in these paths.”
Rev. Elizabeth Patrick accepted Christ as Savior at the age of seven. By the age of sixteen, the author had begun leading devotions for a youth group meeting at a Baptist church. She was married by age eighteen and had three children. During this time, Rev. Patrick taught in Baptist church Sunday school classes for all ages and held many positions in the Baptist church. After her children reached grade school, the author felt the call to become a Registered Nurse. She worked as a R.N. for twenty-four years. Upon retiring from nursing, Mrs. Patrick received the call to become a minister. She answered this call, receiving licensed minister credentials from Berean University. She is currently studying for ordination (Assembly of God Ministry).
