important it is to simply be aware of the blessings people usually take for

blessings.

Nancy Shoap, author and speaker, resides in Walnut Bottom, Pennsylvania, with her husband Dave and their cat Ace. Ace was the cat featured in “Miracles of His Care,” one of the Guideposts books in their exclusive series, “When Miracles Happen.” This was the first story she had published and was the inspiration for her to write “His Everyday Promises.” She felt led to create a ministry of outreach through inspirational speaking and uplifting music to promote that book by sharing her testimony of how God accomplished the plans He had for her life. As a result, many people shared their own life experiences. They had been reminded of blessings and were giving praise to the One who gives these blessings. These stories from her audiences became the origin of the sequel, “Blessing and Praise.”
