He is the Senior Pastor of a vibrant church in Brooklyn, New York - New Life Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church (UPC). Bishop Mitchell is a visionary and an evangelist, who teaches at camps and crusades on the local and international levels including South Korea, England and Ethiopia. In 1997, he received a vision from God to establish satellite churches while he was in attendance at the Holy Ghost Crusade in the country of Ethiopia.
