Angela Barbut Peiris is a born-again, Spirit-filled believer. For no particular qualification other than the awesome grace of God, she was suddenly used of the Lord Jesus Christ in 1998, to bring the message contained in her book, The Time is at Hand, to the Church. Angela is the founder and president of Bibleland Ministries, an evangelical outreach. She is an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
