MAITLAND, FL— In the new book, Mama, What's the Trinity? ($9.99, paperback, 9781628394313; $4.99, e-book, 9781628394320) written by LeAnn Williams-Ankcorn, and illustrated by Jimmy Williams, the author depicts the triune nature of God in a way that is easy to understand for young readers. The main character explains the Trinity by using the three states of water. For example: the ice represents God the Father; the liquid water represents Jesus Christ; and the steam represents the Holy Spirit.

“This book takes a major foundation of Christian theology, and makes it easier for young children to understand,” states the author. “My hope is that parents will actually boil water, and use ice cubes with their children to teach them this Biblical concept, using the hands-on lesson.”

Mrs. Williams-Ankcorn has been an elementary school teacher for almost twenty years, and was a Sunday school teacher for almost ten years. She was a creative writing major at Randoph-Macon Woman’s College. She currently resides in Northern California.
