MAITLAND, FL— Nancy Wilferd’s new book, The Earthen Vessel: God's Magnificent Masterpiece Created in His Image ($18.49, paperback, 9781498404013; $9.99, e-book, 9781498404020) equips the reader with the knowledge about the extraordinary and wonderful intricacies of the human body. The author’s desire is to convey to all that mankind was created by a caring and loving God. Furthermore, Nancy writes in a simplified manner that readers of all levels of scientific understanding can learn from.

“My fervent hope is that readers will increase their knowledge of how the body functions, and that the book will be a source of information to help them achieve and maintain good health,” states the author. “I also hope readers will come to know that we, His ‘Earthen Vessels,’ are a manifestation of His great love for us.”

Nancy Wilferd, RN, BSN, graduated from the University of Utah College of Nursing with a Bachelor's degree. Most of Nancy’s nursing practice has been as a visiting nurse in home health, which presented many great opportunities to teach people about their bodies. The author also wrote a health column in a local, Salt Lake City newspaper. She has walked with the Lord for many years, and knows that He is the Designer of the very complex and beautiful earthen vessel; and that the experience called life is a great and wonderful blessing from Him.
