Bea Lamb is a retired successful businesswoman. After retirement, Bea decided to stop looking at others, and to look at herself. She took a subject (i.e.: anger), and wrote what she thought and her feelings. As she looked into her heart, she was often not happy with what was found. However, when Bea decided to change, gradually she became a peaceful, loving, and happy person.
