MAITLAND, FL— Barbara K. Krueger’s new title,
Escape
From Sodom: Somewhere around 2000 BC, ($16.49, paperback, 9781498417921;
$8.99, e-book, 9781498417938) immerses readers with sensory information that
will send them straight to 2000 B.C., when the book is set. The story follows two
young men on an unforgettable journey, and heralds the sovereignty and
righteousness of God along the way. The author communicates that, even in the
midst of cataclysmic destruction, God’s mighty arm protects His own.
“My prayer is that the reader will be inspired through the lives of the characters, and take away a greater sense of the presence of God in all of our lives,” states the author. “The most important thing to note, within this book, is the growth and development of the characters—not only in their understanding of God, but how that understanding shaped their lives.”
Barbara K. Krueger has been writing most of her life, and continues into her seventies. She began as a copywriter, then, after studying theology, she became a champion for the defenseless, for women and children, and used her writing to teach. She homeschooled girls for three years, and was blessed to see them prosper back in the system and on to college. She also enjoys writing mysteries, “whodoneits,” and has three posted on Amazon. She lives with her husband, Frank, has two wonderful sons, and four beautiful grandchildren. She is a two-time cancer survivor, and she hopes her books display her joy of living.
