MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of Bob Jamison’s new book, The World That Hates Us: Our Promised Inheritance, ($10.99, paperback, 9781498431040; $5.99, e-book, 9781498431057) readers will appreciate and explore the promises of God that were established for them as believers. Jamison also encourages readers to look at the sacrifices made by the forefathers as forerunners before them, and their role to inspire future generations.

The nation will respond by overcoming our failings and rekindling the light that inspires the world. This book highlights the essential importance of our President, Congress, and Supreme Court humbling themselves, repenting, and declaring God sovereignly rules,” states the author. “It leads us to have confidence in our future; if we willingly join and give ourselves, no matter the reality of both internal cultural failings and external dangers.”

Bob Jamison at eighty-three years old is a retired businessman, Naval Reserve captain, and public servant. He holds a Bachelor’s of Theology from Fountain Gate Bible College, and in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He also earned Master’s degree in public administration from the University of Texas. While working in government for thirteen years, he was the director of the Alamo Area Council of Governments, city manager, and airport director. After accepting Christ, Jamison studied under the Christ For the Nations Bible Institute, and served in leadership as an elder in four churches. He continues to write newspaper articles and volunteers in his community; he has five children and fourteen grandchildren.
