I hope readers will learn to forgive those who have hurt them, and be set free from the bitterness that can blind them from the true beauty within themselves,” states the author. “In a world where there is so much hatred and violence, we need a clear message of the power of forgiveness.”

Author Karin L. Hockman grew up in the Reno/Tahoe area and spent most of her childhood daydreaming and imagining a world where all creatures were her friends. As a young child, she experienced much heartache. As an adult, she pursued training in spiritual healing, with the intent to encourage others to come into their destiny. Karin has been a prayer counselor and mentor for nearly twenty years. Currently, she focuses on young girls who struggle with their identities. She hopes through sharing her testimony in Butterfly Fairytales, others will feel the hope and wholeness that comes from blessing and forgiving those who have hurt them.
