In that time, he has served as a pastor and on the staffs of several Christian churches and parachurch organizations both as a worship leader and Bible teacher – in Minnesota, Tennessee, and Colorado. He has also recorded three gospel albums and written hundreds of gospel songs. He currently serves as a worship leader at Cleveland Christian Fellowship in Cleveland, Tennessee. His wife Sherry is on the radio daily, and travels and ministers at churches and conferences throughout the south.
