In the book, I try to emphasis the magnitude of the problem and offer 3 levels to transform that culture.”
Over 25 years ago, Jeff Beamon had the opportunity to study and learn the Toyoda Production system. The TPS is about establishing a culture that will prepare and empower everyone in the organization. According to Jeff, this says that we must prepare people and then provide the structure and framework for them to perform at an optimal level.
