Dr. A. LaSharnda Beckwith has an MBA with Distinction and a Masters of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Development. She also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Organization & Management with a specialization in Leadership. She is Chair of the Department of Business and the MBA/MOL programs at Harrison Graduate School at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Texas. Prior to SAGU, she worked for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service and retired as an executive in 2011. She was Vice President of Eastern Region. Dr. Beckwith is also the CEO of Beckwith Leadership Consulting Group, a training, development and executive coaching organization and she is CEO of a non-profit organization, Professional Christian Women in Service. She is a monthly contributor to Wordsmith Journal Magazine, where she writes the column, “The Power of Positive Faith.” She also writes a blog at LaSharndaBeckwith.wp.
