Her memoir speaks of the Good News of a Living God revealing Himself in great and simple ways through her ordinary yet extraordinary life.

Sylvia S. Pittman was born and educated in England. At the age of 21, she relocated to the U.S.A. to be married. This marriage produced two gifted sons and lasted 56 years until her husband passed away. During that time, they had been in full-time Christian camp work for 2-1/2 years. She worked many interesting jobs including secretary to the Dean of the Law School, University of Georgia. She had the opportunity of working for Mr. Dean Rusk, Secretary of State under Presidents Kennedy and Johnson. She found joy being the owner and operator of Crossroads Christian Book & Gift Shop in Atlanta, GA for eight years. She left Georgia in 2011 and now lives in Bournemouth, England, where she enjoys a busy retirement by the sea.
