MAITLAND, FL— Monica Agyekum Aidoo’s new book, Women of Honor - Women's Honorable Position in God Today, ($17.99, paperback, 9781498417822; $7.99, e-book, 9781498417839) reveals God’s intention to move women to a place of honor in this new era of new wine and new move of God. The author believes that prophetically, God’s sovereign power is going to showcase women in all sectors of life for His glory and for the harvest of souls. Her detailed explanation shows how a theological, historical and pragmatic approach is used to deal with issues of women in the Bible, the Church and society.

The author is taking a powerful stand to alert the world that God intends to bring women to the limelight and use them tremendously in all sectors of life. She is sending out a clear warning to those who pass derogatory comments about women that any negative thing they do against women will incur God's anger on them. Her four-part book delves into a women’s qualification for the position of honor, God’s purposes for women in this generation, interpretation of scriptures on women’s issues, and focus on African women; highlighting cultural practices that affect women, coupled with numerous real and living examples. Everyone with a woman in their life must grasp this information because it will revolutionize lives, families, the Church and society at large.

Readers will learn to appreciate God's wisdom in creating humankind male and female and to realize that most of the mess we are in, in the world is because the perspectives of women/females in decision-making and actions undertaken have been ignored,” states the author. “Scriptures make us know that our natural birth does not qualify us to be acceptable before God; it is our belief in Jesus – therefore, male superiority and female inferiority is excluded.”

Monica received first hand information and insight into women’s issues by the power of the Holy Spirit. The book is a product of 20 years of researching into real life situations of women Monica met and read about in numerous books, and based on her own life, too. She lived, observed and interviewed people – Christian men and women from five continents – about the treatment of women in the church, in African societies, in the family, at the work place, in the political, social, economic and religious sectors. Her family members, mostly females have suffered all the rigors of the African tradition and cultural practices that put women in harms way without feeling it hurts the victims and God. Monica’s life story is full of persecution, rejection, abandonment, from family and church.
