MAITLAND, FL— Tanisha M. Miles exposes the silent suffering of domestic abuse survivors in new release, Broken Baby Doll ($15.99, paperback, 978-1-49-847065-0; $25.99, hardcover, 978-1-49-847081-0; $7.99, e-book, 978-1-49-848868-6). Miles courageously shares her personal story of survival to provoke witnesses to stand up for what is right; but more importantly, to stand alongside other victims who feel alone and don’t know how to begin the healing process.

The bravery that is necessary to expose yourself and perpetrators, makes victims and survivors choose to live with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, rather than take the necessary steps to heal,” states the author. “Survivors should follow my lead so that our communities begin to heal. It all starts by giving this trauma a voice.
