MAITLAND, FL—In Ruth E. Santiago’s new book, Gabrielle’s Violin ($11.99, paperback,
9781498492683, $5.99, eBook, 9781498492690 ) children
will be inspired to follow their talents, because they are God inspired.
Readers will understand the message that He wants us to dream big, because He
is a big God. The author wants children to be excited about the gifts or
talents God has given them, because only then will they really enjoy their gift
and use it to glorify Him.
Santiago
says, “Gabrielle’s Violin is fun,
easy to read, and children can identify with Gabrielle's struggles. When they
finish reading the book they too will feel their gift or talent is important
and will be inspired to not give up.”
Ruth
E. Santiago has credentials with the Assemblies of God. She taught primary
grades at Bethany Christian School for several years, and she was also a Youth
Pastor for 7 years. Ruth has raised 3 children of her own. She has taught
Sunday school to school age children, but she believes what qualifies her to
write this book is that The Lord laid it on her heart as a way of encouraging
her niece who was struggling with violin lessons. The results were that she
became so proficient that she played “Amazing Grace” at Ruth’s mom's funeral 4
years later and did an excellent job.
