MAITLAND, FL—In Dr. John D. Diamond’s new book, An Appeal to Heaven ($15.49, paperback, 9781498495790; $7.99;
eBook, 9781498495806) the mission of this book is to first, teach the Christian
church in America about the principles of legitimate biblical government, and then
mobilize the believers into a new civil rights movement that seeks to restore
the Founding Fathers vision for the American Republic to The United States of
America. In order to protect and defend religious liberty in America, one must
first understand the Founding Fathers ideology of “Americanism”; a doctrine
that teaches that our rights are God- given to us by the hand of the creator
Himself. It is this belief that makes our rights inalienable, meaning that
these rights cannot be taken from us or be trampled on by any earthly or moral
power, including government officials.
Dr. John D. Diamond writes, “An Appeal to Heaven is the only
biblical solution for restoring legitimate government. With President Trump’s
recent promise to destroy the Johnson Amendment, which will restore the freedom
of speech to pastors, this is a hot political topic in the months to come.”
Dr. John D. Diamond is the
Founder and Director of Peacemakers Outreach. He holds a Masters in Theology
and a Doctorate in Christian Education. In January 2013, he created the first
American Citizenship School which led to the forming of the American Christian
Leadership Alliance (ACLA). In 2008, he had a brief run for the U.S. House of
Representatives in Ohio’s 15th district. He has served as the Director of
Discipleship at Bible Community Church in Columbus, Ohio and is presently
serving as an outreach minister with the Corry Alliance Church in Corry,
Pennsylvania.
