Schadrac’s new book, Overcoming Tragedies, ($15.49,
paperback, 9781498495011; $7.99,

will find help healing from the overwhelming feelings that accompany personal
loss. The author uses his own miraculous rescue from genocide in Rwanda, which
killed over one million people in just one hundred days, as a testament to the
power of God to restore your life after devastating circumstances.
“I
lost more than one hundred family members in the genocide and yet can continue
to seek ways of making a difference in society comes from a power greater than
mine. I give all the credit to God,” states the author. “When tragedies hits, even multiple
times in one's life like it happened to me, you don't have to give up, but you
have to cry out to God. He is the only one able to comfort and save.”
