Max of Morgan
Hill follows Beveridge’s first book Moonlight of Morgan Hill.
Both stories are for children 7 and up, and take place on a beautiful farm in Weston, Vermont. They teach
life lessons that the animals learn. While Moonlight is geared for girls and
explains what true beauty is, Max teaches the importance of being
a true gentleman to boys.
“Both Morgan
Hill books have a spiritual message for young people that I believe is
missing in today’s culture. I hope they convey an abiding sense of God’s love
for each and every one of us and how we can all express this love in our daily
lives,” said Beveridge.
Patricia Tracy
Dow Beveridge is a graduate of Skidmore College and attended night school at
