Within
the pages of Jennifer Carey Reichle’s new book, IMPACT ($25.99, paperback, 9781545612088;
$9.99, ebook, 9781545659939), readers will find the true story of a mother,
father, and their two young sons who survived the impact of being hit head-on
at 70 MPH. The trauma of the impact, injuries, surgeries, and recovery was all
part of a bigger plan of the impact God made in and through their lives.
Impacted
by the community around them, this family learned that God is faithful and He
will never leave us nor forsake us. They saw God sustain them in the midst of
devastating trauma, and lead them on the journey to hope.
“Trauma
is all around us,” says Reichle. “Look at the news and you see children and
families whose lives are devastated by trauma.”
IMPACT describes the reality of trauma, but doesn't stop there.
The author describes her family’s up-and-down journey to hope.
