Naomi
Modeste was born in a village in Tobago, of Trinidad and Tobago. She was
homeschooled until she was eight years old, then was educated in private
schools in Trinidad and the USA, from college to university. She has MPH/PhD
degrees. She is Who is Who among women in Trinidad, and a distinguished
university professor.
