Within the pages of Andrew
Ross’ new book, Undetected Scars ($13.49,
paperback, 9781545654262; $6.99, ebook, 9781545654279), readers will find a book
designed to help them become aware of developing a balanced life while also
addressing some of the barriers they might experience. With spirituality being
the first chapter, this will help develop a strong foundation.
Based on Ross’ first book, 9 Lives: Finding A Way Out, which
featured his testimony of making it through mental health, abuse, institutions,
addiction, and nearly dying from a major brain operation, Undetected Scars will
give readers hope, no matter what they might be experiencing.
“It talks about a lot of the
social ills that people are facing today, from mental health to dysfunctional
homes, and the abuse that goes on in their [lives],” says Ross.
Andrew Ross is a PhD student
studying clinical psychology with a focus on childhood trauma. He believes
using his personal experience of childhood trauma will bring individuals closer
to dealing with their own scars of trauma.
