As
the mother of three children, author Angela Thompson has read her share of
children’s books. Now she is adding to
the canon with How We Get From Here to There ($12.49, paperback, 9781545660706;
$22.99, hardback, 9781545660713; $5.99, e-book, 9781545660720). The book uses rhyme to bring children along on
an adventure in transportation.
At the end of the book, Thompson has provided
ideas for activities that will facilitate discussion about other methods of
travel.
“It holds the children's attention from start
to finish. It gets the children involved,” said Thompson.
Angela Thompson holds a degree in Health and Human Services and enjoys a
variety of pastimes. Thompson is also
the author of Who Has Seen the Wind Today?
