Author Virginia L. Vasser shares her experience as her son struggled for life after being electrocuted in Death Must Bow the Knee: True Story of Life and Death Struggle ($13.49, paperback, 9781632213716; $6.99, e-book, 9781632213723).

Sam was treated at the Maricopa County Burn Unit with third and fourth degree burns over 70% of his body.  Doctors could not explain how he survived electrocution from a power pole, but God was not finished with him yet.  Vasser kept a journal during her son’s recovery, and now recounts their story to testify to what God can do.

My hope is anyone who reads this book will be inspired to believe in God to help them no matter what their circumstances are,” said Vasser.

Virginia Vasser resides in Surprise, Arizona with her husband, Rosco, with whom she recently celebrated 59 years of marriage. She is the mother of five adult children, including Sam. Her growing family includes six grandsons, six great grandsons and a great grand-daughter. When not writing, Virginia enjoys yard work, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.
