Author William E. Forhan illustrates God’s love through fiction in The Contract: Unveiling the Healing Power of Forgiveness ($16.99, paperback, 9781632216250; $8.99, e-book, 9781662802966).

A married, middle-aged priest named Robert McCarthy must face the indiscretions of his past and the results threaten all aspects of his life.  Working through the issues of homosexuality, divorce, pride and others, he takes part in the restoration of three families who learn to work through their differences and embrace one another through God’s unconditional love.

Life is a journey of self-discovery. None of us are perfect human beings. We all see God and each other in different ways. We must all learn to forgive the imperfections and celebrate the differences in God,” said Forhan.

William Edward Forhan is a publisher, businessman, and US Army Veteran. Bill was raised as a Roman Catholic and his wife was raised in the Lutheran Church. They found a Christian home in the Episcopal Church, and Carol is now an ordained Deacon in the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane. Bill and Carol have been involved in Christian renewal programs like Cursillo and Walk to Emmaus in Colorado, Iowa, Montana and California. Together they have two sons and five grandchildren.
