It elucidates the important role of parents in nurturing the Christian faith of their children. The author recalls the early seeds of faith, prayer, love, and compassion that her own parents planted in her that saw her family through different trial times. She elaborates on the need to transfer the same seeds to her own children, so they are more confident and courageous to stand firm even in the midst of trials.
In Sow the Right Seeds, Nkiruka stresses the importance of putting on the Armor of God as our everyday garment to be able to fight off the evil one and his burning arrows, and still hold our ground.

Ngozi is a wife and mother of three children, a respiratory therapist, an adjunct professor, and a volunteer with Catholic charities. She loves spending time with her family and cooking. She also enjoys being the handywoman around the house.
