Batson has lived 82 years under the guidance of his Lord, and has expressed many of his experiences through a variety of writings. For this volume, he has grouped the writings into eight categories: God’s promises; God’s gifts; God’s wisdom, and lessons learned; In gratitude; Questions, searching and answers; Love; and Inspiration. He has also included relevant Bible verses and noted dates when he learned a particular lesson, documenting his spiritual growth and inspiring readers along their own journey.
