L.D. Swift holds a B.S. degree, an M.S. and a Ph.D. He has taught at the University of Texas, Lamar University, New Mexico State University and the New Mexico Military Institute. He also attended the Bear Valley School of Biblical Studies and has participated in both part and full-time ministerial work for much of his life. Swift and his wife, Dana, share two grown children and a son-in-law.
