Author Stephanie P. Widener shares a collection of devotions gleaned from her personal experience and her personal time with God in God’s Bits and Pieces: A devotional with a purpose ($13.49, paperback, 9781662816697; $21.99, hard cover, 9781662816703; $5.99, e-book, 9781662816710).
Widener began jotting down some quick thoughts to share on Facebook, and never imagined it becoming anything more than that. However, people began to share with her how these devotions touched them and she finally decided to compile them into a book she could share with a wider audience.
“I hope others will be encouraged through reading God's bits and pieces and understand that they are never alone in this life,” said Widener.
Stephanie P. Widener was born and raised in Graniteville, SC and holds a B.A. in Christian Education. She and her husband, Rev. Reggie Widener, share three children and one son-in-law. Widener enjoys writing devotions and singing.
