Author Nonnie L. Wright shares wisdom gained from personal experience in Repurposing Your Soil: A Faith Based and Clinical Prompted Journal for Trauma Healing ($19.49, paperback, 9781662838255; $7.99, e-book, 9781662839306).

Wright sought faith-based clinical tools to use on her own journey of healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.  As a result of her research, she has developed this resource to help others along with the understanding of one who has faced the same struggles.

This prompted journal is a workbook, containing the tools and resources the author uses in her real time journey of trauma recovery. It tackles the three areas that trauma affects you: Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically,” said Wright.

Nonnie L. Wright is a U.S. Army Veteran and the owner/CEO of Redeemed Business Consultations.  She is a former Education Director and Dean of Students, a licensed minister and an autism awareness advocate.  Wright’s story of trauma and her faith was featured on season two the television show “The Chosen.” Her most prized role has been as a wife and mother to her husband and her children.
